Auron sources all parts required for a job. Technicians do not independently procure parts. This keeps quality and pricing consistent across the network.

Customers may supply their own parts as an exception, subject to approval before use.

Part selection is based on original vehicle model/maker specifications, to keep your vehicle functional and road-worthy.

Customers may also request specific parts at booking. If approved, this will be reflected in the quote.

Service cost and parts cost are itemized separately on every quote, never bundled into a single figure.

Parts are paid in full at quote lock, no partial lock.

No refunds on parts once procured, if customer cancels post-procurement.

We are liable for any procured part that fails or is defective post-service, within a week warranty window. Customer supplied parts excluded regardless of approval.
